Depending on the type of grantmaking entity you represent, we may request additional documentation—such as your IRS determination letter or list of recent grants—in order to process your membership.

Note: Only corporate foundations/giving programs should use the Corporate/Business Membership Application; private foundations and all other applicants should use the standard Membership Application.
